Dr. Hayden Henningsen is a Licensed Acupuncturist and Doctor of Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He is the founder and clinician at ActiveLife Acupuncture & Wellness Center. Dr. Hayden has over 5000 hours of education in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine. He practices Distal Needling Acupuncture, Medical Pulse Diagnosis, Tung-style Acupuncture, Scalp Acupuncture, Ear and Micro-systems Acupuncture, and has developed and trade-marked his own approach to acupuncture combining this diverse training and his own clinical experience. He also uses custom formulated Chinese herbs, Moxibustion, Tui-na (medical massage), fire-cupping, Gua Sha, Acupressure, Shoni-Shin (for pediatric patients), and therapeutic movement instruction, including QiGong, T'ai Chi, Yoga, and The Egoscue Method.
