In addition to the therapies used during the visit, patients can also expect to take home some assignments, such as movement and stretching, breathing exercises, and dietary advice. This helps to make the most out of and prolong the effects of treatment. Most patients are recommended a Treatment Plan, including the amount of treatments, how often they should come in, and potentially Chinese herbs prescribed from out full Chinese herbal pharmacy. Treatment plans will depend on what you are being seen for, how long you have experienced the symptoms or illness, and what you are wanting to get out of treatment.
